Raymond Payne and wife, Shelia, are totally committed to the work at Shelton Beach BAPTIST. Both Raymond and Shelia are seen around the church almost any day of the week. Raymond and Shelia

sing in the choir, sing duets with one another as well as solo. At 47 years old Raymond was saved through the ministry of Shelton Beach BAPTIST Church.
